Jones Road has simplified makeup in the most beautiful way with clean-ingredients and fresh, moisturized faces. Jones Road is not without its shimmery offerings that impart a lovely sheen (see Shimmer Face Oil), but the duo I put to the test are the Miracle Balm ($38) and Lip & Cheek Stick ($34).
The Miracle Balm is a big, chunky batch of clean-ingredient, creamy blush in 10 different buildable shades. What I love about this product is that it melts into the skin and imparts a natural touch of color rather than a painted appearance. It can be used on cheeks and anywhere else for a subtle touch of color (even lips). I tried Flushed and am officially spoiled – no other blush will compare.
The Lip & Cheek Stick is also blendable and buildable, and full of nourishing ingredients. I tried this in Mauve Rose and appreciate that I can match my lip color with the same subtle cheek hue, or even mix and match these two products interchangeably. The texture is similar to an avocado spread – luscious and soft. It’s also presented in a fat, chunky tube for easy handling and spotting. This Jones Road offering has become another personal favorite.
